Guided setup, remote bar training and recipe configuration are included on every route. Shipping is quoted by destination, because every country is different. On-site physical installation, if you ask for it and it is available in your area, is quoted separately.

The Tamis™ is the replaceable sifting cartridge at the heart of the powder path. The dosing mechanism sets the dose. The Tamis™ then sifts that isolated dose, so clumps are broken before any water arrives.
Replace it monthly or based on shot volume, whichever comes first. A high-volume café may need more than one a month. Final rated capacity remains subject to production validation.
The wet path runs a rinse between shots. Exterior surfaces need a routine wipe-down. The Tamis™ is swapped rather than scrubbed, so nobody is cleaning a fine mesh at the end of a shift.
Shipping is quoted by destination and confirmed in your offer. Placements begin after certification is complete, in the order agreements are signed.
You either move onto a permanent plan or we collect the machine. If you continue on any plan, the €990 you already paid is credited against your first invoices.

Yes. Buy the machine outright and use whichever powder you already buy. There is no powder commitment. Tamis™ Care runs for 36 months on every machine we place, because the cartridge is what keeps the shot repeatable.
Compatible fine beverage powders. Matcha is validated first because it is the hardest of them. Other powders follow as testing completes.
