C, fl. 8, app. 49 ("LouJi™", "we"). Contact: hey@lou-ji.com. LouEnterprises Ltd. is the data controller for personal data collected on this site.
What we collect
- Request forms: the details you type into a café-plan, partnership or waitlist form: name, email, café or company, city or country, phone if you give it, your message, and the plan configuration you selected (term, volume, language, currency, calculated estimates).
- Preferences: your language, currency and cookie choice, stored in your browser's local storage.
- Analytics, only with your consent: Meta Pixel usage data. The Pixel does not load before you accept it in the cookie banner.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare your offer, run the waitlists, operate the site in your language and currency, and, only with consent, understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising on this site.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting.
- Web3Forms: delivery of café-plan and partnership enquiries to our inbox.
- Kit (ConvertKit): the launch-updates list from the homepage signup only, and only after you tick its own marketing-consent box. Café-plan and partnership enquiries are never added to it.
- Meta Platforms: analytics via the Meta Pixel, which loads only after you accept analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
Form data is kept as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting agreement, then deleted or anonymised. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Browser preferences stay on your device until you clear them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object or withdraw consent at any time by writing to hey@lou-ji.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in Bulgaria that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
